Back in 1994 the late Dr Brian Somerville foresaw what effect 3d animation could have in improving science and medical training. Animated Biomedical Productions was born in Sydney, initially to work on his own documentary productions but very quickly saw interest from broadcast television in Australia to produce work for them.
Very quickly international broadcasters came looking to commission animations with the team. This exposure gave ABP a leg up with many prestigeous organisations such as Pearson Publishing, King’s College London, Pfizer and American Heart Association to name a few.
ABP now produce Animations for clients around the globe from New York to Paris. Though our head office remains in Sydney we have team members around the globe.
